A training of trainers took place via Zoom in April 20,22 and 26. Hilda Hoefnagels, the speaker, welcomed the attendees and introduced herself and her colleagues from the Department of Management and Communication and the Royal Conservatoire. The purpose of the training was to promote the cross-contamination of knowledge and experience among the participants.
An online training was held on April 20, 2021, led by Hilde Hoefnagels. Hoefnagels began the session by expressing her excitement about the potential for cross-contamination of knowledge and experience among the participants. She explained that the workshop would consist of three sessions, one on each of the three days. She thanked her colleagues, Jeroen Malaise and Lies Colman, for their passion for the work and their students, as participants would discover during the workshop.
The workshop agenda started with an introduction to entrepreneurship at her university college, where she would talk about how they aimed to open up students' minds and encourage them to think outside the box. Hoefnagels then moved on to the specific application of entrepreneurship. She then gave the floor to her colleagues, who discussed entrepreneurship in higher arts educational institutions. They explained why entrepreneurship is an essential component of contemporary professional training and shared general perspectives. At the end of the presentation, a student provided their perspective on entrepreneurial education.
During the workshop, the attendees had the opportunity to participate in exercises and learn from the expertise of the presenters.
